Verification has a scope
Identity, business, representative authority, skills, and payment readiness are distinct checks. A verification result records what was reviewed, by whom, when, and for how long. It is never a guarantee of future performance.
Some requests are never part of good hiring
Report applicant deposits, paid access to jobs, account rentals, money-forwarding schemes, mandatory employer purchases, identity sharing, and disguised unpaid productive work.
Disagreements need evidence and reasons
Both parties can submit relevant evidence, respond, and receive written reasons tied to the accepted agreement. Applicable holds affect the disputed allocation. Appeals require an independent reviewer.
Understand the limits
The platform does not currently promise escrow, insurance, guaranteed payment, or successful placement. Real payment features are disabled pending approved arrangements.
