01

Be truthful and authorized

Use your own identity and work. Describe experience, authority, availability, compensation and verification accurately. Identify your contribution to portfolio work. Do not forge records, impersonate people, rent accounts or publish work you cannot legitimately offer. A verification result has a limited scope and date; it is not a guarantee.

02

Keep hiring fair

No applicant deposits, mandatory purchases, paid access, account rental, money forwarding, deceptive earnings schemes or disguised unpaid production. Do not collect passwords, government IDs or bank details through a listing or ordinary conversation. Use lawful, relevant selection criteria and respect reasonable accommodation requests.

03

Respect people and information

Do not harass, threaten, sexually exploit, retaliate, unlawfully discriminate, dox or disclose confidential work without authority. No spam, credential collection, malicious files, access bypass or sale of applicant information. Share only necessary evidence through authorized channels and protect other people’s information.

04

Keep reviews and complaints independent

Do not fabricate engagements or manipulate reviews. Neither side may condition pay, refunds, hiring or access on favorable feedback or withdrawing a good-faith complaint. Do not invent allegations, destroy evidence or intimidate a participant. Legitimate criticism, professional advice and lawful authority reporting remain allowed.

05

Report and review proportionately

Email support@getoutsourced.ph with the reference, dates, concern and necessary evidence; never send credentials or unnecessary sensitive documents. Urgent safety action may precede notice. Where safe and lawful, restrictions should explain the reason, scope and review route. A report is an allegation until assessed, and a failed report is not automatically malicious. Spending does not buy immunity or better appeal rights.

06

Availability and limits

Case staff, appeal independence and review windows must be approved before live enforcement. No fixed response time, emergency service or fund-recovery guarantee is promised. A content/account restriction is separate from resolving compensation and cannot justify seizing unrelated earnings or deleting evidence.
