Terms for a clearer working relationship.
These proposed terms describe the intended service. Version draft-2026-10-26 is not yet effective and is not a claim of legal approval.
Service and current scope
GetOutsourced Digital Services is building a service for adult Filipino remote workers located in the Philippines and authorized businesses. This website introduces that service. A preview does not guarantee general launch, placement, qualifications, work quality, earnings or a hiring outcome. The actual advertising, referral and managed-hiring model requires review; a software label does not decide licensing or employment status. Relocation, visas and overseas deployment need separate arrangements.
Accounts and authority
Account applicants must be at least 18 and able to enter the relevant arrangement. Give accurate information, use your own email and protect credentials. Employer representatives must have authority and use only their assigned permissions. Do not share, rent, sell or impersonate accounts or bypass access checks. Worker, employer and administrator workspaces have distinct access.
Free applications and inactive payments
Workers do not buy application credits, verification badges, ranking advantages or access to safety review. Employer subscriptions are draft platform-access plans. Checkout, live engagement collection, release, refunds, payouts, automatic release and employment payroll remain disabled. Local financial examples move no real money. No escrow, insurance or payment guarantee is currently offered.
Agree before productive work
State scope, compensation, currency, criteria, schedule, included corrections, confidentiality, ownership and handover before work. Both parties should accept the same version. Productive trials are bounded and paid. Extra scope requires renewed agreement; plan changes cannot rewrite accepted work. A contractor label must not be used to avoid employee rights or make employee wages depend solely on subjective milestone acceptance.
Content and confidentiality
You keep rights you already hold. Share only material you may lawfully provide. The proposed permission to the operator is limited to hosting and displaying content to its intended audience and processing it for the service, security, requests and relevant cases. Private work is not permission for marketing. Hiring parties must agree on ownership, licenses, pre-existing tools and transfer conditions; no blanket assignment of a worker’s portfolio or future work is imposed.
Conduct and proportionate restrictions
Follow the community rules. Do not deceive, harass, discriminate unlawfully, demand deposits or mandatory purchases, manipulate reviews, steal information or disguise productive work as unpaid testing. Neither party may condition pay, a refund or access on favorable feedback or silence. Restrictions should address the identified risk, preserve evidence and, where safe and lawful, give reasons and a challenge route.
Ending access and raising a concern
Stopping platform use, leaving a team, account deletion and ending an engagement are different actions. Resolve work and handover under the agreement. Deletion is reviewed and does not automatically erase lawful obligations or evidence. Both parties may submit and answer relevant evidence, receive written reasons and seek independent appeal under the approved procedure. Spending does not affect fairness or appeal rights. Courts, regulators and non-waivable remedies remain available.
Changes and unresolved legal terms
Publish material changes with a version and explain when they apply. Browsing does not accept unapproved future terms; engagement scope and prices are not changed retroactively without required agreement. No absolute security, uninterrupted service or hiring outcome is guaranteed. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Governing law, venue and any further liability allocation remain for legal review; this draft imposes no invented liability cap, broad indemnity or arbitration mandate.
