Clear terms, before we begin.
Read the proposed rules for GetOutsourced.ph. They are drafts for review, with no effective date yet. Public browsing does not require an account or acceptance.
Who is behind the platform
GetOutsourced Digital Services is the owner-confirmed business name. Our confirmed inbox is support@getoutsourced.ph for support, privacy, accessibility and safety questions. Registration/address details, a named privacy owner and final operating arrangements remain under review.
Read the relevant policy
Terms of use explain scope and accounts. Privacy and cookies describe information and technology. Community rules cover conduct; hiring and paid trials cover agreed work; cases and appeals cover fair review. The employer subscription policy explains inactive billing and the decisions needed before any paid service.
Availability and approval
The public introduction does not launch accounts, hiring operations, managed recruitment or payments. Workers will be able to browse available public jobs from the main domain; applications are free. Employer plans remain drafts and Lemon Squeezy checkout is disabled pending approval and a reviewed implementation.
What is still being decided
No effective date, universal retention period, support deadline or refund window has been invented. The owner must approve the actual service model, legal/privacy arrangements, staff, vendor configuration, data retention and final customer terms before live operations. The selected vendors are not proof of activation.
How changes will be handled
Approved policies should have a clear version and effective date, with appropriate notice of material changes. A draft page is not a new agreement, a blanket data-processing consent or permission to rewrite an accepted engagement. Statutory rights remain available.
