WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the design target. This is a work-in-progress statement, not a certification or full conformance claim.
Design approach
The local design uses Fraunces headings and Inter body text, larger body/control sizes, visible focus, labeled controls, semantic navigation and reflowing layouts. Browser zoom and operating-system display settings can help. These choices do not establish that every screen, third-party component or complete process is accessible.
Scope and verification limits
The target includes the public website and separate worker, employer and administrator apps. Production, device, assistive-technology, language and complete-process review remain needed. A homepage launch or an automated score does not prove full-site conformance; actual findings and their scope must be recorded.
Report a barrier without an account
Email support@getoutsourced.ph with the page, task, what prevented completion and device/browser/assistive technology if relevant. Screenshots are optional; redact private information. Ask for an alternative communication/completion method when needed. The operator must assign an owner and staff that support; no response or repair deadline is invented.
Keep improving
Record review dates, methods and environments, fix barriers by impact and verify the affected use case. An inaccessible account interface must not eliminate the confirmed email route for safety, privacy or case concerns. Update this statement as availability, findings and supported alternatives change.
