GetOutsourced.ph

Good work begins
with understanding.

GetOutsourced.ph is being built for Filipino professionals working remotely from the Philippines and the local and overseas businesses that want to work with them.

A public introduction, with more to come.

Registration, the opportunity board and account dashboards are not open on this website yet. Subscription checkout is disabled. No payments are collected here.

A useful introduction
needs more context.

A job title can only say so much. A worker’s contribution to a project, availability and way of working help tell a fuller story. An employer’s brief should be just as useful: what the role involves, how much it pays, when the work happens and how a decision will be made.

We’re bringing those pieces into a shared process. The aim is to help people ask better questions, agree on practical expectations and keep the record clear as a working relationship develops.

Our initial focus is WordPress and websites, SEO and content operations, workflow automation and ecommerce operations. The work is remote and performed from the Philippines. Overseas relocation, visas and worker deployment are outside this platform’s planned scope.

Standards that go
both ways.

These principles guide the planned product and its policy drafts. They describe the standard we are working toward, rather than a claim that a live review or payment service is already operating.

Relevant work, explained well.

Profiles and briefs should help people assess the actual opportunity. A worker should be able to explain their contribution without needing a platform earnings history.

Expectations in writing.

Scope, compensation, schedules and review criteria deserve a clear agreement. Productive trials should be bounded and paid, with extra work agreed before it begins.

A fair opportunity to be heard.

Workers and employers should be able to raise a concern, respond to relevant evidence and understand a decision. Subscription tier and spending must not buy better case or appeal rights.

Access without application credits.

Worker applications will be free. Our proposed model does not ask workers to buy credits, paid verification badges or ranking advantages to be considered for work.

Software for the process.
People make the choice.

The planned tools support profiles, clear opportunity briefs, applications, interviews, written offers and ongoing work records. Businesses make their own hiring decisions and professionals choose which opportunities to pursue. The actual relationship and its obligations need an appropriate agreement.

Employer subscriptions would cover platform software access. They are separate from worker compensation. Managed recruitment, payroll, employer-of-record services, escrow, and payment or payout processing are not available through this public website.

Being clear about
where we are.

This public introduction shares the product direction, planned services and proposed policies. Registration, the opportunity board and account dashboards are not open on this website yet. We have not announced a date for those services.

Employer plans and prices are being considered. Lemon Squeezy approval is pending and checkout remains disabled. There is no payment request to complete here.

The policies are drafts, with the operating arrangements still under review. Publishing an introduction does not establish a recruitment service, guarantee a placement or promise protected payments. You can read about the proposed process without creating an account or accepting a draft contract.
