GetOutsourced.ph

A clearer way to hire,
from the Philippines.

Useful to the people
on both sides.

A stronger brief gives an employer a better starting point. A clearer opportunity helps a worker decide where to put their time.

For Filipino professionals

Present your skills with useful work evidence, read the role and compensation, and make an informed introduction. The proposed worker workspace will keep applications, conversations and agreed work in view.

  • A profile that explains your contribution and availability
  • Free applications, with no credits or paid ranking advantage
  • Written expectations before productive work
Our approach for workers

For local & overseas businesses

Describe the work you need, consider relevant experience and coordinate your team’s hiring decisions. The proposed employer workspace will support opportunity briefs, applicant review, interviews and written offers.

  • Responsibilities, budget and time expectations in one brief
  • Candidate conversations and an organized hiring record
  • Scope, review criteria and handover agreed in writing
Our approach for employers

Start with the kind
of work.

Our initial focus is digital work that can be performed remotely from the Philippines. These examples help shape a brief; they are not a promise of available candidates or a service delivered by the platform itself.

Find experience that fits the website and the work around it.

  • Site builds, page updates and content publishing
  • Maintenance, troubleshooting and site performance
  • WooCommerce support and ongoing website operations

SEO & content operations

Make the brief specific, from research through implementation.

  • Keyword research and content planning
  • On-page updates, internal links and technical SEO tasks
  • Publishing workflows, reporting and site housekeeping

Workflow automation

Connect the task to a business process someone can understand.

  • CRM setup and workflow configuration
  • Forms, follow-ups and handoffs between tools
  • Integration checks, documentation and ongoing support

Ecommerce operations

Bring useful context to the day-to-day work behind an online store.

  • Product information and catalog maintenance
  • Order, customer-service and store administration workflows
  • Store updates, reporting and operational coordination

From introduction
to agreed work.

This is the process we’re building toward. Each step gives the next one a clearer foundation; live account and hiring availability will be announced separately.

  1. Give the profile context

A worker presents relevant skills, their contribution to past work, availability and preferred rates. A useful portfolio explains the work, rather than relying on a job title alone.

  2. Write a clear opportunity

An employer sets out the responsibilities, compensation, hours, timezone overlap and selection steps. Candidates should understand the role before deciding to apply.

  3. Apply and have the conversation

The planned application and interview tools help both sides discuss experience, working style and practical expectations. Worker applications will be free, without application credits.

  4. Put the offer in writing

Record scope, compensation, schedule, review criteria, included corrections and responsibilities in the same agreement. Make material changes clear and agree on them before extra work begins.

  5. Start small, on paid terms

When a productive trial makes sense, define a small deliverable or time block, the fee and the review process before it starts. A trial should help assess the relationship without becoming unpaid client production.

  6. Keep the working record clear

The intended workspace brings together agreed terms, conversations, submissions, changes and handover. A clear record gives both sides something concrete to refer to as the work continues.

Platform access.
Clear boundaries.

View proposed employer plans

Employer subscriptions are intended to cover software features and workspace access. Proposed plans and prices are still drafts. Worker compensation is agreed separately between the parties and is not included in a software subscription.

GetOutsourced.ph is being prepared as hiring software. Managed recruitment, payroll, employer-of-record services, escrow and payment or payout processing are not services available through this public introduction. Lemon Squeezy approval for proposed employer subscriptions is pending; checkout stays disabled.

Our proposed rules give workers and employers the same opportunity to raise concerns, present relevant evidence and seek a fair review. Subscription spending must not determine case or appeal rights. Those procedures and the operating arrangements remain under review before live service.
