Prelaunch policy draft · not yet effective

01

Choose the right request

Account help, safety reports, privacy requests, content challenges and engagement disputes are distinct. For prelaunch questions, email support@getoutsourced.ph. A work dispute should identify the agreement/version, affected deliverable or amount, relevant criterion, evidence and requested remedy. Do not use a broad freeze to pressure the other party.

02

Notice and evidence

An authorized reviewer should assess urgency, verify access and disclose conflicts. Where safe and lawful, both sides should receive the substance of the claim and a reasonable chance to submit and answer evidence. Protect unrelated personal data and explain material redactions. Confidentiality must not become a blanket denial of a fair response.

03

Clear timing and fair treatment

Any case deadline must state the date, timezone, channel and consequence, with an accommodation/extension route. Live response, review and appeal windows remain unapproved; development defaults are not published legal deadlines. Treat allegations as unproven. Subscription level, spending or review score does not determine an outcome.

04

Resolution and written reasons

Seek a voluntary documented resolution where appropriate, without forced admission, silence or waiver of rights. A reviewer should identify the issue, relevant evidence/terms, findings, outcome and appeal route, including limits on platform authority. Preserve evidence and keep any approved hold limited to the affected allocation.

05

Independent appeal and separate execution

The appeal reviewer must be independent of the original decision-maker and address material new information fairly. Approved grounds, submission method, deadline and hold effects must be disclosed. A written decision, release instruction, provider settlement and completed payout are distinct. Live financial execution is disabled; no recovery or payout guarantee is made.

06

Other remedies and records

Platform review does not replace legal advice, courts, regulators, law enforcement or mandatory rights. Internal deadlines do not shorten statutory remedies. Retain necessary evidence under an approved schedule and specific holds. A deletion request needs individual review; it neither erases needed evidence automatically nor permits indefinite retention of everything.
